Ready to Book Your Club?

– The club runs for 5 weeks, with one session per week during the day.
– Launches with a digital assembly to promote club to your community.
– Minimum of 15 pupils and a max of 22 can attend the club
– ideally from years 4 to 8, but we’re happy for all ages to take part.
– Full trained staff, all with enhanced DBS.
– Parents sign up through our secure website.
– Price: £54 per pupil, with an option for TWO part instalment plan (2 x £27 – taken 30 days apart).
– All you have to do is provide the venue.
You need to:
– Pick which term & day you would like your club to run
– Find a venue for the club to run in
We’ll send you a special link that has the digital assembly video for you to share with yoru community.
The assembly page also has a link for your fellow parents to sign their child(ren) up to the club.

We can provide the blurb to include with the link and tell them how to join the club!
We’ll also keep in touch about the venue you have chosen for the club so we have all the details needed. (Address, access, tables & chairs that are available).
Parents can sign up and pay for their child on our secure website.
Once all the places are taken, any additional parents can join a waiting list for drop outs or for a second run of the club depending on demand.
We’ll keep in touch and provide a full register of pupils signed up for the club before the first date.
Our kit can usually be set up within 5-10 minutes, so once we’re in we can register the pupils and set up to get started.
Each week has a different theme and different workbook for attendees to complete.
A session lasts around an hour and includes a 15minutes intro to the activities, before everyone gets to play with the kit.
There’s additional resources online to follow and review if you want to know more about the activities and kit we use in the club.
Once we’ve delivered all five sessions, you can re-book for another run either later in the year or beat the rush and go for the next academic year.
We’ll also collect and share feedback from pupils and parents with you.
