– Your school can also subsidise club with own funds or Pupil Premium.
Some schools like to suppliment the club with their own funding or Pupil Premium money. There are two options for how you can do this.
OPTION 1 – Suppliment all Places
You can provide a set amount for us to deduct of the club price for all pupils attending.
EG: You provide us with £220 of Pupil Premium funding and we reduce the price of the club to £44 per pupil. We can do this in advance and update all our promo materials and info on the site for parents to see the update price.
The amount of funding provided is up to you.
OPTION 2 – Pay for Places
You can also pay for a set number of places in advance and select which pupils you would like to take these slots. You can pay for as many place as you want.
EG: You want to provide 10 pupils with a place at the club. You pay us £540 for these places (10x £54), and we make 12 places available to parents on our site.
You need to pick:
– Which term you would like your club to run
– Which day of the week you want the club to run on
– The date of your launch assembly.
The assembly typically runs in the term prior to your club term to give pupils & parents enough time to register. Ideally we would like around 4 weeks before your 1st club date.
The assembly is really flexible, and is typically around 15 minutes. We run 2-3 live demos using some fantastic medical kit on willing volunteers to get every one excited about the club. There’s some valuable careers info included so you can even use the assembly as evidence of a careers interaction for Ofsted.
NB: We advise selecting a second term of clubs in advance as demand is usually high and we can run the club again to those that missed the first run. If there isn’t the demand, we don’t run it – no risk to you or the school.

This is your bit…
On the day of the assembly, we’ll have the flyers for the club to hand out. If you can organise giving these to pupils in years 4, 5 & 6 on the same day as the assembly, this maximises the update.
We’d also like you to send an email and / or text message to your parents about the club, asking them to look out for the flyer or visit the link to the site. We can provide you with the short copy for these messages to copy and paste to save you as much time as possible.
You can download the Parent Flyer to see what it looks like, using the button below.
(We provide the flyer to hand out – no need for you to print!!)
Parents can sign up and pay for their child on our secure website.
Once all the places are taken, any additional parents can join a waiting list for drop outs or for a second run of the club depending on demand.
We’ll keep in touch and provide a full register of pupils signed up for the club before the first date.
Parents can also tell us who is able to pick their child up after the club for safety.
We understand that starting the club as quickly as possible with minimal disruption to your school day is vital, so all we need is a classroom space that we can get access to as soon as your day finishes.
Our kit can usually be set up within 5minutes, so once we’re in we can register the pupils and set up to get started.
When signing pupils out, we have the list of accepted people that can pick them up and sign each one out one by one to the appropriate adult.
Once we’ve delivered all five sessions, you can re-book for another run either later in the year or beat the rush and go for the next academic year.
We’ll also collect and share feedback from pupils and parents with you.
