MMTV Ep 35 - Haglund's Deformity

In this video, we check out an ultrasound scan of Tom’s heel bone (the calcaneous bone), where you can see a bony growth that caused lots of pain and discomfort when running.

This growth is called a Haglund’s Deformity and it pushed into the attachment of the Achilles tendon. This caused lots of irritation and fluid build up in the area.

The lump was removed surgically in December 2018!
